Dubai Frequently Asked Questions
We don’t offer trial classes, as our programme is designed to be progressive rather than drop-in.
At this age, many children need a few sessions to build confidence and familiarity, so one standalone class is not always a true reflection of how they will settle and develop within the programme.
Instead, we allow families to try the first class risk-free. If after the first session it genuinely doesn’t feel like the right fit, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll issue a full refund.
How does enrolment and billing work?
Little Kickers Dubai operates on a monthly membership basis, with children attending one class per week at their chosen venue and time.
Memberships renew automatically on the 1st of each month using your chosen payment method. If joining part-way through a month, your initial payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis to cover the remainder of that month before moving onto the standard monthly membership cycle.
Cancellation requests must be received by email no later than the 25th of the month preceding renewal to prevent the next payment from being processed.
What age groups do you offer classes for?
Our classes are designed for children aged 18 months to 8 years, with carefully structured age groups:
- Little Kicks: 18 months – 2.5 years (with parent participation)
- Junior Kickers: 2.5 – 3.5 years
- Mighty Kickers: 3.5 – 5 years
- Mega Kickers: 5 years – 8th birthday
Simply complete the registration form on our website.
Once we have received your registration, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete your membership setup and secure your child’s place.
If your preferred class is full, you can join the waitlist and we’ll contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
What is your missed class policy?
Missed classes are not refundable, as your child’s place and coach allocation are reserved each week.
Where possible, we’ll do our best to offer a make-up class at another session or venue, subject to availability. You may also send a friend or family member in your child’s place with prior notice.
Yes, absolutely.
If there is availability, your child can join at any point during the month.
Your initial payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis to cover the remainder of the current month. Membership will then automatically renew on the 1st of the following month.
Can I pause my membership for holidays?
Memberships cannot usually be paused for holidays or absences.
If you are planning an extended period away, please contact us as early as possible and we’ll advise on the options available.
Do I need to commit for a minimum term?
No. Memberships are monthly and can be cancelled at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Our classes use football as a tool to develop key early childhood skills including confidence, communication, teamwork, listening, coordination and independence.
Each session is carefully structured around age-appropriate games and activities, ensuring children learn through play in a fun, supportive and engaging environment.
What if my child is shy or doesn’t follow instructions yet?
That’s completely normal and exactly why our programme is designed the way it is.
Our coaches are experienced in supporting children of all confidence levels and abilities. Many children take a few weeks to settle into a new environment, build trust with their coach and gain confidence to participate independently.
We focus on encouragement, fun and positive reinforcement, allowing every child to progress at their own pace.
Can my child attend more than once per week?
Our programme is designed to be attended once per week. Attending multiple sessions in the same week is not generally recommended, as the same lesson content is delivered across all classes that week.
What makes Little Kickers different?
Little Kickers is much more than just football.
Our Play Not Push® philosophy uses football as a tool to develop confidence, communication, coordination, teamwork, listening skills and independence through imaginative, age-appropriate activities.
Children learn in a positive, pressure-free environment where the focus is on having fun, building life skills and developing a lifelong love of being active.
